Decent quality, some issues

I purchased the Skincare Gift Set and a Natural Lip Balm from Fuschia. Ordering was straightforward on their website. The gift set arrived in about 7 days to Mumbai, which felt a bit long. The products themselves, like the Rose Water Toner and Aloe Vera Gel, felt good on my skin, and they smell natural, not artificial. However, the lip balm's consistency was a little grainy, unlike others I've used. I contacted support about the lip balm, and they were responsive, offering a replacement or store credit, which was fair. Overall, the quality of most items was good, but that one product was a miss. I appreciate their customer service though.

Oh, they're an Indian brand. I don't think they ship to the US directly. You might have to use a forwarding service or find an international retailer.

Yeah, pretty sure their shipping is India only. You'd be out of luck trying to get it to NY quick. Check their FAQs, I'm almost certain it says India only.

I've used both. Fuschia's soaps feel more genuinely handmade, if that makes sense? They smell great too. Mamaearth felt a bit more generic to me. Plum is good but different vibe.
